Spider-Man:The Movie (The Game) problems

This game keeps rebooting the computer. Doesn't seem to matter what is
going on at the time. It takes about 3 minutes then reboots, even if I'm
just customizing the controls. I have no other programs giving me any
issues. Here's my specs:

WinXP Pro - Clean install - All Updates
A7N8X-Deluxe w/ XP 2700+ (45 temp under load) 166 x 13
ASUS 1.16 mobo drivers
1024MB Corsair PC3200 @ 166 sync w/CPU 5-2-2-2
ATI 9700 Pro w/ Cat 3.6 Driver and matching Control Panel
WD 1200JB HDD
Lite-On 52X CD-RW

ANY ideas would be appreciated!

Jimmy S.,

Thanks for the suggestion. I removed one stick and the game ran fine. I
couldn't believe it. But, why couldn't I keep my RAM and be able to run the
game, too. Anyway, I de-tuned the RAM timings to 7-3-3-2, and the game
still runs...with both sticks in. I'm surprised I didn't come across any
other programs/games that are affected by the faster RAM timings. I play
MOHAA, Wolfenstein, All the Quakes and Halflifes, Serious Sam, etc...without
any problems. BTW, power is supplied by an Enermax Whisper EG-465P-VE.
Thanks again, my boy will be ecstatic when he gets home!

Have you tried removing one of your ram chips? Have you swapped your ram
chips? I have noticed recently that some issues are showing up when you have
1GB of ram installed. Try removing one chip. This could also be an
indication that one of your ram chips is failing. Everything else on your
machine appears to be uptodate.
Let me know if this fixes the issue thanks.
