Spellcheck in outlook express

Hi,

Using Windows XP, MS Word and OE.

I have a problem trying to get my spellcheck working in
OE. I have set up the appropriate checkboxes under OE
tools/option and I also went into the XP control panel
under internet options\programs. The html editor is
chosen as "notepad" and not MS word and I cannot seem to
change or delete the notepad option - Any ideas?
