Special Permissions Deny Everyone

I have a fold that someone set the Deny permissions on
for everyone. Does anyone know how to get past this block?
It is a junk folder and it is eating up 30gb of drive
space...

An administrator can always gain ownership of the folder and change the ACLs

You can use Xcacls.exe to edit ACLs to change the NTFS permissions. For
