Spec of the TS and overview.

Hi Members,

Does anybody have a or know where to get one from, presentation on Terminal
Server/Services (overview), something that I could use to present to someone
that knows very little on TS.

Second thing is there template to work out how big Terminal Server is
required (H/W wise) spreadsheet or something like that where I can input
number of users, type of users etc. and it would give me an idea on spec.
