Spamkiller toolbar missing in outlook

I recently installed the new Mcafee Spamkiller and I can not get the toolbar
buttons for Spamkiller to show up in outlook. Could something be blocking
the appearance of 3rd party applications in outlook?

Outlook version? What does McAfee say when you contact them?

Outlook version is 2002 SP3

Mcafee has had me delete and reinstall, remove all entries from registry and
reinstall and it still doesnt work. They are researching, but do not have a
solution. I was wondering if there might be a setting in outlook that could
cause 3rd party applications to not register correctly. I had the toolbar
with the preious version of spamkiller.
