Spamkiller (from McAfee) blocks Windows Mail

Hi, I have to turn the spamkiller process off (kill) to be able to use
Windows Mail normaly. If I don't do that, I receive an error and can't even
see my emails anymore.
Why so? They are not able to find the reason why and still have no answer

You really should ask McAfee (or demand a refund from them).
Windows Mail is not compatible with most McAfee and Norton security
products. It is a shame that these companies are allowed to advertise
their products as Vista-compatible.

Most versions of the McAfee antivirus software cause assorted problems
in the Windows Mail program, although seldom immediately. Be thankful
you don't have worse problems yet, that won't go away if you just disable
the McAfee antivirus program and don't uninstall it. So do most versions
of the Norton antivirus software and a recent version of the Trend antivirus
software.

Some other antivirus programs allow you to disable just the part that
scans email, and leave it disabled, which often stops them from causing
problems in Windows Mail.
