I think I have turned on my email spam filters for
outlook 2002 but it doesn't seem to filter much. I keep
adding the email addresses manually but the spam keeps
rotating the sender addresses. I have looked for updated
rules but can't find the right ones. How do I know what
rules are being used and where can I update them so they
are more accurate and filter more adult and offer emails,
namely prescriptions...Thanks for the help in advance.

Outlook 2002 won't help you much with today's spam fighting. You're better
of with a third party tool like MailWasher, Norton Anti-Spam or update to
Outlook 2003 which has a build in Junk E-mail Filter.

One thing that helped me in OL 2002 was to use simple country codes in the
"Junk Senders.txt" file. I included ".ch", ".cn", ".fr", ".it", ".br",
".nz", ".au", ".tz", ".ua", ".kr", ".jp", ".be", ".cz", ".sg", ".tw",
".biz", ".info", and some others. In many ways, the Junk Senders list in
Outlook 2000 and 2002 was much more flexible than the Blocked Senders list
in Outlook 2003.
