SP4 issues?

Hello,

I have a new Terminal server that was installed with SP4.
I am noticing that acter about 1 day of activity the
prcessor utilization will be at roughly 50% and the 3-5
users will have extermely slow logins and frequent
disconnects. This is a very capable server (dual Xeon, 1G
RAM, RAID array).

From my research I have discovered that there are
numerous issues with SP4...like what I am explaining.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Do I have to call
Microsoft for the fixes....or are they downloadable?

You'll need to call Microsoft to get ths fix, but it
should fix your slow login problem. The call is free and
should only take 5 minutes.
