After installing Windows SP2 RC1 or RC2, a Windows
security center message comes up during logon that
says "warning, you are about to run a .bat file. Run or
cancel". We have a network assigned batch file script
assigned to run at logon to each workstation. The batch
file maps drive letters.
I cannot find any mechanism to allow the batch file to run
without triggering the disruptive message above that
requires user intervention. This problem does not occur
with XP SP1 and before.
Thanks in advance for any advice, --Dan
