I am using XP Prof client & Exchange 2003 server for Outlook XP without
problem on this morning, but the computer became slow respond and then I
found the event log as follow:

Source : Microsoft Office 10 & Event ID : 2001
Description : rejected safe mode action : Microsoft Outlook

Any idea?

Perform a repair of Office, you'll probably need your Office CD for this.
