First make sure speakers are pluged in and on. Click on
control panel,click sound and audio devices,click on
volume tab and make sure volume is not muted. Then click
on Hardware tab, click on any of your sound devices
listed, one at a time, and click on it's properties and
see if the device is working properly, if not click on
troubleshoot...Good luck.
