I can't hear any sound on my speakers. I just reformated the computer because
it keeps freezing up. Then after I reformatted no sound came out I did some
of your tip on remote assistance but didn't help. I tried restalling the
sound evices but it says it cannot. Then i press volume contorl and it says
no mixer device installed and then to check out your sound devices in control
panels but it lead me back where I need help again. So can anyone help me?

Go to the add/remove programs and remove the audio drivers, then go to the
device manager and remove the sound devices and restart, the computer will
find your audio device then reinstall the latest sound card drivers, if that
fails you might try another sound card, also check your bios to see which
sound device your using hope this helps
