Your query is a little too sketchy to give you any good advice.

Please repost to clarify:
1) Is this a stereo audio cassette with multiple tracks or a plain mono voice recording?
2) What existing audio software do you have on your system, if any?
2) Do you have a CD-RW burner on your system?
3) What is the form you wish to have on the CD? (e.g., audio, wave files, mp3 files, etc).

Here are a few links which may be of some help to you:

1. Connect the tape out from the tape deck to the line in of your sound
card. (You will probably need an adapter to convert the 2 RCA plugs from the
tape deck to a mini-plug for the sound card. They are pretty cheap at Rat
Shack)
2. Double click the speaker icon in your system tray.
3. Select "line in" and set the volume level that you want.
4. Load a recording program (Windows sound recorder, Cool Edit or such)
5. Click "record" on the computer recording program that you have chosen.
6. Click "play" on your tape deck. (You are now recording on the computer!)
7. Stop both the tape deck and computer recording program when recording is
finished.
8. Save the sound file. (WAV format)
9. To edit the sound file, you will need a program like "Cool Edit" or "Dart
XP Pro". Many sound cards come with a software package that include a sound
editing program. Check your installation CD. You may already have one. Using
the sound editing program, make the shanges that you want.
10. Save the modified file under a new file name. (in case you screw up, you
don't loose the original)
11. Burn the new sound file to the CD in the usual manner.

Good luck
