I'm looking for drivers (Win98 - WinXP) for an Xwave A571-T20 PCI Sound
Card. About an hour of searching the web has turned up nothing.

Does this card use the ESS ALLEGRO ES1989S chipset? No default drivers
included in WinXP?

Try looking for generic drivers for that chip.
