Sorting with the oldest on top way

I am having real troubles with sorting my emailes with oldest on top. I use Microsoft office outlook 2003.

The problem is that when i do any other quick sort it automaticly defults to newest at top. Is there anyway i can defult to newest at bottom permently? Thanks.

reset the view then try again. it should stay once you do that. if you want
this view in all folders, use the method described at

Thanks for replying, but i think i was not to clear.

Its when i click from coloum it automactily does=

sort by
from (acending)

then by
recieved (decending)


I want it to automaticly go,


sort by
from (acending)

then by
recieved (acending)

Is it possable to get it to always go recieved acending since i use bottom is the latest (oldest on top)(recieved (acending).

yes, you can customize the view so that it always does that type of sort.

cant i just click the any feild and it sort it in newest at bottom not, top, its crazy its DEFULT is newest at top for everthing. i cannot sort anything without it going newest at top and its forceing me to go for oldest at bottom.

I dont want to do a sort i want to just click 1 buttom ie. flags and all the red is sorted automacticaly at the oldest at top? Is it possable? becuase i dont think it is.
