Sorting tasks

When I try to sort tasks, I am trying to get them to sort in this order:
grouped by category, then sorted by priority, then due date. If some of my
tasks do not have a due date, they are listed before the ones with due dates.
Is there anyway to reverse this?

Also, If I have set a particular custom view and then by mistake click on a
column heading, it resorts. Is there a way to save a custom view setting?

You have 2003. No is the short answer. The grouping/sorting combinations
aren't the best in that version. :(
