Sortcut Icons on Desktop

Since installing my docking station (at least that is the
only change I can think of!), the icons on my desktop that
are associated with a shortcut (to a program or file) have
changed in appearance. They now have an icon that
resembles a folder with magnifying glass on top of it. I
have tried changing the icon but it does no good.
I can send a screen shot if desired.

Any ideas??

Right-click desktop | Properties | Appearance | Item dropdown select Icon | Size scrolldown choose 31 | Apply | OK. Do the same thing again but put the size to 32.

Found the rebuilding the icons with TweakUI from Microsoft
worked really well.
