Sorry for off-topic, but anybody care that Team System can't do time tracking?

Sorry for the off-topic...

It doesn't seems as though Team Foundation Server handles things like
estimating 10 hours for a task, stating that 2 hours were done yesterday and
5 hours done today... i.e. time estimating/tracking.

Anybodsy know if TFS 2008 going to provide this?

My boss is looking at Rally Software to COMPLETELY REPLACE the function of
TFS in our workgroup because TFS can't do this.

Is there a Microsoft solution for what we (and many teams) need?

Hi Ron,

Yes, there is a solution from Microsoft. A connector was built that
integrates Microsoft Project Server 2007 with VSTS2005. Take a look
at it here:

Also, note that the announcement for the connector mentions that
future versions will have out of the box integration.

If you are a Microsoft shop, I would recommend looking into this.
