Sonic's "RecordNow Ver.7.2"

Trying to make an exact copy "RecordNow" goes thru the correct sequences but
than stops at 95% on the progressbar. After canceling, the target CD is
empty. I un-installed & re-installed 3 times doing the suggested regedit
steps, but no luck so far.
Has anybody else experienced that?

There are things that can be done to commercial CD's
to make them uncopyable, usually some variation of going
outside the definition of a DataCD...

Copy it to your HD first, burn from there.

Hello,

I believe that you need to update the firmware on the burner. I had a
similar problem where it would stop somewhere in between and would not
continue, however updating the firmware solved it for me. Hopefully the same
happens for you as well. And don't forget to download updates from sonic as
well.
