Sonic MyDVD problem with Recorded TV

I am using Media Center to Record TV. Then I open Sonic MyDVD and click on
Get Recorded TV. This all works fine until I go to Burn. It gets to the
part where it is Ordering files for the movie and then I get this error. The
data rate of this file is too high for DVD. You must replace the file with
one of lower data rate. I called Sonic and they said it is a problem with
Media Center....Does anyone know how to change the data rate? Thanks

I too am using Media Center. But when I click on "Get Recorded TV", I get an
error: Runtime error, and boots me out of MyDVD (Deluxe version 5).
Only had PC from Dell three weeks...
