Sometimes bluescreen: eabusb.sys

Hello

I've a Compaq EVO N800W Notebook with Windows XP as operating system.

Sometimes (one time in about 1-2 weeks) the notebook crashes with
bluescreen.

Error Message:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LETT_OR_EQUAL
Technical Informations:
*** STOP: 0x000000D1 (...)
*** eabusb.sys - ....

The crash is only sometimes, not in the same program. It's not reproducable.
To the notebook there's an external usb keyboard and mice connected.

I think it has something to do with this external usb devices (eabusb.sys).

Any ideas?
