Sorry for my bad Englisch but i come actually from German..
My problem is that i'll have a Software witch runs only when i have a modem installed.
And i want to ask you:
Is there any way to emulate a modem under Vista or windows seven?
It should be accesseble in the Telephone and Modem options and it should be recognize of all AT commands. It should act like this

Can i do it with a tool?
