someone changed my normal.doc

It says the margin is 1", but it is actual non-existent (the top margin). I
think one of my employees accidently saved over the normal.doc and now I need
to download another one. I tried to go back to default, but it didn't change.
Help!?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space
between pages" box | OK.
