In PCL 5 Printer Language Technical Reference Manual Part 1 Page 15-13
the Raster Width Command
Ec*r#S
#= width in pixels of the specified resolution

i want to knowthe pixel equal what in this?or it depend on the device?
in this command what is the relationship between pixel and
point(1/72inch)?or what is the relationship between pixel and 1 pcl
unit or dot?

who can help me?

It depends on the device.
in this command what is the relationship between pixel and

There is no inherent relationship, it depends on the resolution of the
device.
or what is the relationship between pixel and 1 pcl unit or dot?

A PCL unit is normally a decipoint.

Have you looked up "pixel" and "dpi" in Wikipedia?
