some pages load, some don't...

When on the web some pages load fine and others go the the error page, then
others only load like halfway with many images only have the red x (unable to
load) image...i've had the most trouble while accessing my hotmail account
but other pages have given me trouble too. sometimes refreshing the page
will help but many times it doesn't. anyone had this problem or just know
what could be wrong? my security is set on medium and privacy is on
medium-high and it has been set like this for a while, so i do not know why i
would start having problems now. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Eliminate any scumware.
CAUTION!!!!! Before you try to remove spyware using any of these programs ,
download a copy of LSPFIX from any of the following sites:

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
