A few month ago I started getting annoying Error messages every time I opened
Outlook Express 6.00
One message:
"Outlook Express
An unknown error has occured"
Details:
"Configuration:
Account: Hotmail
Server: http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
User name: (e-mail address removed)
Protocol: HTTPMail
Port: 0
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 80004005"

The other message:
"Some errors have occured while processing the requested tasks. Please
review the list below for details."
Then it states that it failed in checking for new msgs in Hotmail, but the
Gmail account was OK.

All mail is send and received without problems, but it is nuisance and have
to close two pop-up windows every time I check mail.

Any ideas?

I suggest you post to an outlook express newsgroup.
