Some emails subject preferenced with "*** Spam ***"

I am using Vista Home Premium and Windows Mail. I get a lot of emails from a
particular site and I have put its url in Tools --> Junk Email Options -->
Safe Senders list. But occasionally something will preference the subject
with "*** Spam ***" in the subject line. And the subject is always the same
in all their emails.

How can I correct something to keep Windows Mail from doing that ? Its just
annoying but causes no other harm.

Windows Mail doesn't add anything to the subject line.
It sounds like you are using some third party anti-spam program.
Either that, or your ISP is adding it.
