Some e-mails print without the header

This only happens on some of my e-mails, but they are printing without the
from/to/sent/subject header. It is really annoying since part of the reason
you print is to establish date and time.

I have tried printing styles, to no avail.

Help?! Anyone?

Umm the electronic version has a date and time of sending/receiving in the
headers - why do you need to print just to see that?
