some attachments not being delivered

Hi Guys,

I have a client running office 2003 who is sending out various attachments
such as .doc and .pdf and .jpg. Some attachments are being delivered, but
others are not. The message is received, but no sign of the attachment.
They are sent correctly internally. I have turned off the AV on the server
but this did not solve the issue. They are running sbs2003.

Does anyone have any ideas? I have looked through all the settings on the
server and not found anything. The attachments are small (64kish) and they
have a large limit for sending.

I have been getting a similar reponse, let me know what answers you come up
with.

In my case, I installed the program from slipstick that allows all
attachments. Then I have recieved reports from friends that sometimes they
don't recieve the attachments. So I assumed they didn't know that OL blocks
attachments.

However, it appears that this may not be the case and it truly may be a
situation where it is off and on, I am really curious what causese this.
