some April patch breaks win2k sp3 systems?

From what my company is seeing, there is a patch breaking sp3 IE browsing for "users" (not administrators). I think we've narrowed it down to a combo of the following: MS04-004(832894), MS04-007(828028) and MS04-011(835732). The problem occurred to me twice with the MS04-007 patch on different systems. We are currently seeing this problem on win2k sp3 systems with all security patches. Going to sp4 seems to solve the problem.

Has anyone else seen this?

We had/are having the same issue. Im waiting for
Microsoft to release something concerning it.
It's causing our PCs, that have older images on them, to
freeze (CPU uti 100%). We have been able to fix it by
removing the Outlook express patch (i think thats the
patch -cant recall it right now).

Its been very troublesome to say the least.

MS04-011 is 'hanging' our IE as well. Our images are W2K sp3 with IE 5.5 and 6. Difference I'm running into, is that IE will fail even with an administrator logged in

Any word from MS if there will be some investigation/resolution to this?

They did admit to 2-3 of the zillions of things they broke on their website. Read it carefully
to find the links.
