Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 811949

I have similar problems and need to know how to get the
fix. The problem was first noticed with Office 2000.
Upgraded to Office 2002/XP and the problem continued.

Did you read the part about how a supported fix is now available? Do you
not want to contact Microsoft for the fix, even though there will be no
support charge involved if this is the only thing you are calling them
about?
