Cheetah - identified by black lines running down the face from head, just inside the eyes and down to the mouth. Leopards don't have these lines and are bigger.

This crocodile was only about seven feet long (2 metres) and was in captivity.

Warthogs are not renowned for beauty but I like them.

This is a Dik-Dik, Africa's smallest antelope, about the size of a Labrador. Difficult to find as they sit motionless most of the day in the bushes. Our guide had eagle eyes.

Lovely pics as ever...Making me home sick...How close were you to the Cheetah...? Some of them on some reserves you can get pretty close to as they are so used to seeing people....

Not as close as you might imagine. It's amazing what x12 optical zoom can do. :)
