Solitaire etc disappeared from my Windows XP Home Edition

Ann Johnstone

The other day my computer went weird and all of the games
disappeared from my computer. How can I get them back?
I also have fibromyalgia and CFS.
It would be most appreciated if you could e-mail me the
information.
Thanks in advance for your help,
AnnJ

Ann, I have the same thing (and throw in short-term memory loss, which
drives my wife crazy). Go to Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, then
click the Add/Remove Windows Components in the left panel. With Accessories
highlighted, click the Details button. On the next screen, highlight Games
and again click the Details button. You can add or remove check marks from
the boxes there on the various system games, then OK your way out and
Windows XP will install/remove whatever your selections are.

We respond in the newsgroups so many people may be assisted by reading the
posts, just as many people could give you the solution.
