Software for logging Users

Is there any Microsoft or Third party software that Can be
used to track users logins Like last sucessful or
unsuccessful login, who is currently accessing the Domain
or currently logged in?.... With novell you can use
rconsole to see whos logged in.. and NDS had some features
like i listed above... anyone have any info?..

You can enable auditing of logon/logoffs. See the following article
