Soft ware Order

I received a pop up from a company called Atlantic Coast
PLC located in Colyton, Devon, England. There was no
indication that it was an off shore company until I had
placed my order. I thought the pop up was from Micro Soft
otherwise I would have just deleted it. It indicated
serious problems with several of the latest versions of
the Windows, including windows XP. The name of the soft
ware is "Windows Software Patch-IPBlocker". I want to know
whether this software is approved by Micro Soft. If it is
not I am cancelling my order and will not instyall it in
my computer.
