I do the security updates separately in a group
then I do the office ones in a group
I did the netframework 1.1 by itself (it needed a reboot)
I did the netframework 2.1 by itself (it needed a reboot)

so far on 3 computers- 2 xp pro sp3- one vista
these are only my own so far
I have 1 vista, 1 windows7 rc, and 3 xp pros of my own to do
besides my clients computers

No problems from these 3 computers so far

Robin, I know how you feel...I had 13 updates, 41.4 Megs of download (not
including Office) , and a lot of wasted time on all of those .Net updates.
No problems on install and reboot. Only 7 machines to go...can't wait to go
through it all over again next month.

I had some trouble with the DotNet updates on some machines.

On one, I had to uninstall everything related to that specific version of
dotnet--it was 1.1--and then reinstall it from direct downloads.

Otherwise, pretty smooth.
