SNMP "loses" community names on Windows 2k/HP servers after reboot

I have this problem with about 25 HP servers running Windows 2000 server and
advanced server:
Install SNMP agent and confiure the community strings, etc.
Install latest Insight agents.
Reboot.
The community strings are no longer there. All other pertinent SNMP
configurations are ok but the community strings.

I have removed both the OS SNMP and HP Insight agents and after reboot
reinstalled and configured the SNMP agent and it still loses the community
strings.

Any ideas?

Thanks

make sure you 'add' them. If you just put in the community string, you'll
lose them after the reboot. You should see them in the box below where you
add them.

Yes they have been added. I can stop and restart the service and the values
persist but not on reboot. It doesn't happen on all of our servers just a
hand full.
