snap-in failed to initialize for IP security policy management

Hi,

In w2k advanced server SP3, when I open mmc "local
security settings", it displayed

snap-in failed to initialize
name: IP security policy management
CLSID: {DEA8AFA0-CC85-11D0-9CE2-0080C7221EBD}

I click "ok" to ignore the message. The mmc shows "account
policies", "local policies" and "public key policies", but
not shows "ip security polices on local machine"

Is there file/registry corrupted ?
Thanks

Try this:

- start->run->regsvr32 ipsecsnp.dll

- Note: If the IP Security Policies are loading, but you are still getting
snap-in
errors, try the following:

- start->run->regsvr32 localsec.dll
