SMTP Service: Is it included in Vista?

I had the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) Service installed on the
Windows XP SP2 installation that I upgraded to Vista Build 5728. I'm now
looking for the service in Vista and can't seem to find it. Normally it is a
subset of the IIS system. Was it left out of Vista for some reason?

I don't see it here in RC2 either. I will look to see if I can find any
notification on why/when for you.

I just put a post into the IIS:SMTP & NNTP newsgroup to find out if anyone
knows if SMTP is going to be supported on Vista. If I find out anything
there I'll let you know here.
