Smaller Forms

Whilst on the subject of CF windows forms, how do I create a form that is
not full size, such as a dialog?

Every time that I try, the form displays as fuill size anyway.

What you need to do is set the FormBorderStyle property to None. If you
still want to have some sort of a border you have to provide that yourself,
e.g. by overriding OnPaint.
