Small game wont work in Excel 2007

Phil

I received a game from a friend that runs in excel.
But it refuses to work.
The message I get is:-
This workbook has lost its VBA project, ActiveX controls and any other
programmability-related features.<<
I'd hazard a guess that there is some security related thing getting in the
way, much like the attachmentsa irritant in Outlook Express.
I'm using Vista - is there a fix to get it working ?

My guess would be that VBA is not installed. A quick test would be to try
to go to the VBE via Alt-F11.

VBA is a setup option under 'shared components' or some such language.

I was referring to re-running the Office 2007 setup, so you'd need to run
your own copy. Just go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs. Find
Office 2007 and click Change. VBA is in the Office Shared Features section.

| You don't happen to have a link to download it by any chance, Jim ?

Thanks JIm - what I'd done is to leave loads off and only put on what I'd be
using.
Cheers.
