small area for groups

Isn't it possible to use all the screen real estate for the Community. Why
leave 2 inches on either side of the screen blank abd useless.

Use Newsgroups with Windows Mail. No space anywhere and a great deal better
interface.

Yup. And Windows Mail has the server already setup for you. Just download
the list of groups, then pick the newsgroup you want to subscribe to. It is
just that simple. Plus, Windows Mail has a built in spell checker which you
can have set to check your messages for spelling errors before they are
sent. ;0)
