SM56 Modem Not Recognized

Windows XP Pro, new motherboard ASUS A7N8X. With this new MB,
the modem is not recognized. I've downloaded what appears to be the latest
drivers (SM56WinXP.zip). Clicking the SM56Set.exe file does nothing.
In Device Manager I've tried re-installing drivers from the original CD and
from these downloaded files. Still won't recognize it.

If you installed the manufacturer's drivers, it's possible the thing went
poof in moving it from the old machine to the new.
