When you say "personal sites", I'm assuming you're
refering to >persons' accounts< Which means more than
likely, there are a good number of programs loaded on
that particular computer. The problem may be that a lot
of these programs(applications) are starting up when you
turn your computer on. To find out if this is the case,
click start then run. Click the startup tab which is the
last one to the right. All of the boxes that are checked
are the ones that are starting up when you turn your
system on. If you have a lot of checks you need to find
out which ones are not needed and uncheck those. For each
one that's checked, your system takes time to get that
particular application going, which in turn >slows it
