Slow starter...

Howcome my Outlook 2002 is very slow to start? The splashscreen appears for
about 2-3min. I´ve tried to reinstall but the problem still exists. I´ve used
it before without any trouble...
I have the SP3 update installed.

Thank you Dave. I guess Norton Anti Virus scanned all my mail the first time
I opened Outlook and because of that it took some time to start up Outlook.
Now everything works smoothly!
