Slow Network.

Users are all of a sudden complaining that the network is
slow. I have 2 windows 2k DC and TCP/IP is the only
protocol used. What things can i check to see what might
be causing this.. I looked in the firewal and saw a bunch
of these messages

How many nics in the server?
Does the ipconfig/all from the clients show that everything is pointing to
the server-IP?
Are all servers and clients fully patched?
What OS on the clients?
