slow menu

hi all,

I hv win xp prof. sp-2, office 2003 sp-2 and ibm pc. pc is in the domain
model. whenever i right click any file, it takes so much time say for 1 to 2
minutes. to provide the menu. In the task manager the paticular folder is
being not responded. i have uninstalled sp 2 and reinstalled sp 2 but the
same state.

kindly help me to ride this problem.
