Slow logon and network disconnect

I have about 100 W2K and about 5 XP client connected to
W2K server.
Problem is, those 5 XP machines are experiencing very
slow logon and continus network drive disconnection
including network printers.

I have setup 100Mhz Full duplex and static ip.
I don't see any problem with IP address.

Can you help?

Does the ipconfig/all from the clients show that everything is pointing to
your server-IP?
