Hi,
I'm having some issues with Windows 2000/Windows 2003 servers and logging in
via Remote Desktop. Here is a breakdown of my environment
-1 Windows Domain
-5 offices
-At least 1 or 2 DC's per office
-5 different AD sites in Sites and Services
-Sites configured with corresponding subnet for that site
Firewall rules are open between DC's but not between servers in branch
offices and DC's in other offices. Servers in any branch office can access
their local DC's.
My issue is when I login to a server in another branch office via RDP and
watch the firewall logs I see dropped packets going to the DC in my local
office. If Somebody from the local office logs in to the same server (server
in their own office) it works fine.
Any idea's?
Thanks
Hanif
