slow exposure of slide

Hello,

I am using Powerpoint 97. I need to display a bitmap that
contains three different X-Y axis graphs with the same
start and finish points, which are stacked one above the
other vertically. I want to slowly expose all three
graphs from left to right, stopping at different points
along the way if possible to show the time lapse effects
documented by the graphs.
Is this possible without redrawing each graph and
animating the individual line segments?

Thank you for your time.

No, PPT 97's animation capability doesn't offer this level of granularity.

You might make a copy of your graphs, drag them off the edge of the slide,
and resize to 10%x10% so you have them available if needed. Then ungroup the
original graphs and animate the individual pieces, creating new groups as
needed, of course.
